Meditation has become a big part of my life.
I started in 2010 and after a few months, I committed to a daily practice.
Since May 20, 2010, I haven’t missed a day. Not one.
That’s not to say it’s always easy or even fun. It can still be a challenge.
But I believe in the power of taking time for oneself on a regular basis.
